A Day in the Life of a Pitmaster Experience

Step into the smokey, flavourful world of barbecue mastery with our exclusive Korean Cowgirl experience: “A Day in the Life of a Pitmaster.” This immersive event runs from 10:30am to 12:30pm, offering two hours of barbecue expertise, storytelling, and camaraderie.

Join 20 fellow enthusiasts for an intimate gathering where you’ll uncover the secrets of pitmaster craftsmanship. This unique session brings you face-to-face with our seasoned Group Executive Chef, John Bingley, and renowned Pitmaster, Andy Gainey. With over 30 years of combined experience, they’ll share their expert techniques, tips, and tricks to elevate your home BBQ game

The Firepit, Uncorked

7th August

New pours, same sips! Experience an evening full of new wines, a specially curated sharing tasting menu and much more.

The evening kicks off with welcome drinks and canapés from 7pm, allowing you to mingle and savour the atmosphere before the main dining experience beings. From 7.30pm, all the dishes are crafted individually and served simultaneously to ensure a synchronised culinary delight. Throughout the evening, our knowledgeable wine expert will personally present each wine course, offering valuable insights and enhancing your understanding of wine and food pairings. There will also be a live singer for this event. The cost for this immersive experience is £115 per person.
