After extensive round the world travel, the Firepit team have sourced flavours, methods and dishes from every corner of the globe. John Bingley, Group Executive chef comments:

Our Firepit bar is seamlessly integrated with the first-floor restaurant, connected by a purposefully constructed glass bridge that enhances the overall guest experience.

Please see below for our ever-changing, seasonally influenced menus. At Firepit, we pride ourselves on our commitment to using local produce wherever possible, ensuring the freshest and highest quality ingredients for our customers. For fish, we partner with the renowned Chapman and Sankey fishmongers, while our vegetables are sourced from Foodari Limited, known for their exceptional produce. On Sundays, our delicious sourdough bread comes from the artisanal Gilda Bakery. Our meat selection includes top-quality cuts from Monkshill Farm Butchers. We are assiduous in our search for the best suppliers of quality produce in and around the Garden of England, maintaining our dedication to excellence in every dish we serve.
