Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of the hotel property, golf complex, pool and spa, including it’s buildings, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property, golf complex, pool and spa to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure the ongoing upkeep of the property and its systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff, prioritising tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, updating and logging via online systems.
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipments, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Serve as liaison between hotel management, staff, and external contractors/ vendors.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have experience working in a swimming pool environment and hold a valid Pool Plant Operations Certificate.
  • Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field, with demonstrated knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Night Receptionist

We are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our great Nights Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring a courteous and efficient process of checking-in or checking-out.
  • Completing security checks throughout the night to ensure safety of guests and staff.
  • Respond effectively to guest queries and ensure all departments are aware of any changes that are requested.
  • Organising and adapting to problem solving.
  • Working to the highest standards of financial and data security.
  • Completing the correct nights procedures.
  • Preparing late night snacks for the guests when required.

Firepit Assistant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing the Firepit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager with the running of the restaurant and Decking Area.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints when required.
  • Daily updates and communications with line manager.
  • Follow company H&S procedures. Add cases to Riskproof when necessary.
  • Organise and plan rotas on Fourth in absence of Restaurant Manager.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in handling staff issues in line with company policies and procedures and managing holiday requests, absences, performance management, employee relations.
  • Assist in motivating and training the team.
  • Work alongside line manager to manage and maintain restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Cash handling, cashing up, restocking change bag.
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations in absence of Restaurant Manager. Plan the evening ahead, daily briefings with staff, control covering of shifts in absences.
  • Provide operational support where needed, to include all aspects of serving and bar.
  • Work alongside other HOD’s and support where needed.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health & safety.
  • Strong communications with kitchen, passing on all communications to FOH team.
  • Ensure and encourage staff to work well, to good time managements providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Attend Ops and Function Meetings and check KCG event sheets to thoroughly understand requirements of events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (for example, Kitchen, Sales, F&B) to ensure seamless execution of event timelines and schedules.

Firepit F&B Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Assistant to join our hospitality team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Take food and drinks orders accurately and serve items efficiently, being able to confidently explain our menu and food concept.
  • Take reservation bookings over the phone or in person.
  • Set up dining areas and bars before service.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
  • Assist in the preparation of drinks and simple food items as required.
  • Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.
  • Replenish stock and supplies in service areas.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Handling customer complaints, escalating to a manager where necessary.
  • Assist with closing down procedures.
