Firepit F&B Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Assistant to join our hospitality team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests.
- Take food and drinks orders accurately and serve items efficiently, being able to confidently explain our menu and food concept.
- Take reservation bookings over the phone or in person.
- Set up dining areas and bars before service.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Assist in the preparation of drinks and simple food items as required.
- Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Replenish stock and supplies in service areas.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to customer queries professionally.
- Handling customer complaints, escalating to a manager where necessary.
- Assist with closing down procedures.
