Group Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for an Group Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistent high standards of service, food quality, and profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit assigned restaurants to assess operational performance, including food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and staff adherence to company guidelines
  • Analyse sales and cost data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maximise profitability
  • Conduct performance reviews with restaurant managers, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and address any issues related to food safety, health and safety regulations, and compliance with company standards
  • Recruit, hire and train high-performing restaurant management teams, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to lead their respective locations
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for restaurant staff across all areas, including new employee onboarding and ongoing skills development
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating, empowering, and recognising outstanding team members
  • Address employee concerns and performance issues promptly and effectively, including disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Analyse financial reports to identify trends and opportunities to optimise revenue and control costs
  • Implement strategies to manage labour costs, food inventory, and other operational expenses within budget parameters
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales at assigned locations
  • Monitor customer feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and address guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Regularly engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the dining experience and actively seek opportunities to exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers to implement customer service initiatives to enhance brand loyalty
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Participate in the development of new restaurant concepts, menus, and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the executive team to implement strategic plans and initiatives across the area

F&B Supervisor – Firepit

We are on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Firepit Restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including waiting staff and bartenders. Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels to meet guest demand
  • Ensure all guests receive excellent service and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in the daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and organisation
  • Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service standards. Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
  • Foster a positive environment and encourage team communications and collaboration to ensure smooth service
  • Encourage sales and upselling by promoting menu items, specials and drink pairings to guests
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations regarding food safety, alcohol service, and health standards
  • Problem Resolution: handle customers complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolving concerns quickly and efficiently

F&B Assistant – Firepit

We are on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Firepit Restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and serve items efficiently, being able to confidently explain our menu and food concept
  • Take reservation bookings over the phone or in person
  • Set up dining areas and bars before service
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
  • Assist in the preparation of drinks and simple food items as required
  • Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed
  • Replenish stock and supplies in service areas
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Respond to customer queries professionally
  • Handling customer complaints, escalating to a manager when necessary
  • Assist with closing down procedures
