F&B Supervisor – Firepit
We are on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Firepit Restaurant team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including waiting staff and bartenders. Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels to meet guest demand
- Ensure all guests receive excellent service and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction
- Assist Restaurant Manager in the daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and organisation
- Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service standards. Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
- Foster a positive environment and encourage team communications and collaboration to ensure smooth service
- Encourage sales and upselling by promoting menu items, specials and drink pairings to guests
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations regarding food safety, alcohol service, and health standards
- Problem Resolution: handle customers complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolving concerns quickly and efficiently
