Receptionist – Full Time
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions and amenities
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as required
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or guest services role is preferred but not essential
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
