Receptionist – Full Time

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions and amenities
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as required
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or guest services role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

F&B Assistant – Firepit

We are on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Firepit Restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and serve items efficiently, being able to confidently explain our menu and food concept
  • Take reservation bookings over the phone or in person
  • Set up dining areas and bars before service
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
  • Assist in the preparation of drinks and simple food items as required
  • Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed
  • Replenish stock and supplies in service areas
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Respond to customer queries professionally
  • Handling customer complaints, escalating to a manager when necessary
  • Assist with closing down procedures
