Firepit Restaurant Supervisor

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant management team oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including waiting staff and bartenders. Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels to meet guest demand.
  • Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist Restaurant Manager’s in the daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and organisation.
  • Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service standards. Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
  • Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage team communication and collaboration to ensure smooth service.
  • Encourage sales and upselling by promoting menu items, specials, and drink pairings to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations regarding food safety, alcohol service, and health standards.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer care complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolving concerns quickly and efficiently.

Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, supporting kitchen staff and upholding hygiene standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Washing pots, pans, cutlery, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Keeping kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean and organised.
  • Ensuring cleaning supplies are well-stocked.
  • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (if required).
  • Disposing of waste and recycling correctly.
  • Receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
  • Following health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Receptionist

We are looking to employee a casual hour Receptionist to join our great team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with billing enquiries and process payments as required.
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

Night Receptionist

We are looking to employee a casual hour Night Receptionist to join our great nights team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring a courteous and efficient process of checking-in or checking-out.
  • Completing security checks throughout the night to ensure safety of guests and staff.
  • Respond effectively to guest queries and ensure all departments are aware of any changes that are requested.
  • Organising and adapting to problem solving.
  • Working to the highest standards of financial and data security.
  • Completing the correct nights procedures.
  • Preparing late night snacks for guests when required.
