Public Area Attendant – Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Make sure all public areas are kept immaculate at all time following stringent company procedures
  • Ensure that all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning materials
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly
  • Engage with guests where appropriate in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations throughout the facility

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • A proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
