Firepit Restaurant Supervisor

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant management team oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including waiting staff and bartenders. Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels to meet guest demand.
  • Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist Restaurant Manager’s in the daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and organisation.
  • Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service standards. Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
  • Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage team communication and collaboration to ensure smooth service.
  • Encourage sales and upselling by promoting menu items, specials, and drink pairings to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations regarding food safety, alcohol service, and health standards.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer care complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolving concerns quickly and efficiently.

Housekeeping Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Housekeeping Assistant with a glass half fuller attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors.
  • Replace used towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Restock guest room supplies, including toiletries, coffee and tea.
  • Empty bins and handle waste disposal according to hotel policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the housekeeping supervisor/ manager.
  • Assist in organising and maintaining the housekeeping supply room and inventory.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or room services.
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, supporting kitchen staff and upholding hygiene standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Washing pots, pans, cutlery, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Keeping kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean and organised.
  • Ensuring cleaning supplies are well-stocked.
  • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (if required).
  • Disposing of waste and recycling correctly.
  • Receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
  • Following health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
