Firepit Restaurant Supervisor
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant management team oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including waiting staff and bartenders. Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels to meet guest demand.
- Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist Restaurant Manager’s in the daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and organisation.
- Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service standards. Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team communication and collaboration to ensure smooth service.
- Encourage sales and upselling by promoting menu items, specials, and drink pairings to guests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations regarding food safety, alcohol service, and health standards.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer care complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolving concerns quickly and efficiently.
