The Firepit is a fine-dining restaurant with a diverse and contemporary sharing-menu delivering renowned dishes from all over the world. Chef John Bingley and Maitre’d Sergio Gomes help bring this exciting new epicurean concept to Canterbury. Our bold and indulgent sharing menu delivers experimental dishes which do not disappoint. After extensive round the world travel, the Firepit team have sourced flavours, methods and dishes from every corner of the globe. John Bingley, Executive chef comments:

They have given me a remit to deliver the best fusion food from around the globe, bringing a brand new concept to Canterbury. Please see below for our ever-changing, seasonally influenced menus. We are assiduous in our search for the best suppliers of quality produce in and around the garden of England. Chapmans of Borough Green supply our fish, our beautifully marbled, aged USDA prime beef is sourced from Tom Hixon, our cheeses from Albion Fine Foods and TJ’s deliver our local vegetables daily.
