When does the event start and how early should you arrive?
Our Christmas Adventure is a timed experience, starting at 9.30am, so please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes promptly before your allocated time. This gives you plenty of time to check in, get settled and get ready for all the festive magic that awaits!
Is the experience outdoors?
Yes! The Cave Christmas Adventure includes outdoor activities, so we recommend wrapping up warm and wearing suitable footwear to keep cosy throughout your festive journey.
Will we get to meet Santa?
Of course! This immersive experience includes a magical visit to Santa, where little ones can share their Christmas wishes.
Is parking available?
Yes! We have complimentary on-site parking available for all guests attending the Cave Christmas Adventure.
Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
Please let our team know about any dietary requirements or allergies by replying to your booking confirmation email at least one week before your experience, so we can review your requirements in advance.
Is the experience accessible?
Our Christmas Adventure includes outdoor areas and transport aboard the Cave Express. If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact our team ahead of your visit so we can discuss your needs and available arrangements.
What happens if it rains?
Our Christmas Adventure includes outdoor activities, so please come prepared for the winter weather! We recommend warm clothing, waterproof coats and suitable footwear.
Can we share what happens during this experience?
Shhh . . . our elves have been working very hard to create some Christmas surprises! We kindly ask that you don’t reveal too much about your adventure, so other families can experience the magic for themselves.
What should we bring with us?
Just yourselves, your Christmas spirit and plenty of festive excitement!
Will there be any animals at the experience?
Yes! There will be a very special donkey joining in the festive fun. We kindly ask that children are supervised around the donkey at all times.
