What does the role look like?
- This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills, as well
as a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry. - You will need an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including
menu planning and wine selection. - Financial acumen and experience managing budgets with excellent problem-solving
