required to allow our guests to stay with us safely.
We are experiencing a very high volume of calls, emails and messages, we are a small team and are working hard to
get back to you to answer your questions and queries, we appreciate your understanding and patience while we
work our way through your enquiries.
On arrival you will be asked to authenticate your temperature using the wall mounted thermo devise. Once Authenticated please sanitise your hands using the sanitiser provided. We also provide free face coverings for you to use should you wish to.
Our team will be ready to welcome you when you arrive, we kindly ask guests to observe social distancing in the lobby area at busy check in times. Please bear with us in busy periods, out team will do their best to check you in promptly however check in time can be very busy, and may take longer than normal with the new procedures we have in place for your comfort and safety, we may ask you to take a seat to avoid overcrowding at the front desk.
As part of our COVID-19 Secure policy we will not be offering a porter service at this time.
Our Pool & Spa Area remain closed to general use; however, we are offering private 20 min time slots per room per day of stay. The Pool area will be sanitised after each use. You can book a time slot upon check in or by calling the hotel in advance. We are following the government guidance on pools re opening and will announce our pool re-opening once we are able.
Breakfast will be cooked to order.
Due to our reduced capacity in the restaurant we are asking guests to pre book their table for breakfast. If you would
like to have your breakfast in your room there is a £5 delivery charge on top of the Breakfast cost, this will also need
to be pre booked upon check in.
This package includes a 3-course tasting menu, the dinner element of this package is £65 per couple and includes all dishes listed below. (If you were to move your in room dining experience into our Firepit restaurant, the £65 will be removed from your room package).
Once you have booked this package you will need to pre book a time for your dinner, this can be done by calling the
Hotel. This package is available until 31st August
If you choose to move from In Room Dining to the Firepit the £65 will be taken off the booking and the normal
Firepit a la carte menu costs will be applicable.
Our Firepit Restaurant has now re-opened, we are following the government guidelines and therefore social distancing measures are in place, this means we have a reduced capacity and are only taking bookings from Hotel residents. We can only take tables of up to 6 adults. Bookings can be added to your reservation at the time of booking or by contacting the Firepit Directly.
Menu – To eliminate touch points we have added our menu QR Codes, just use your smartphone to scan and view the menu. ( Please see below for codes)
Our Room Service menu is available until 9pm
Our Korean Cowgirl is now moving in house. You can now order our Korean Cowgirl dishes and eat them in the comfort of our Cave Bar and outside decking area.
