COVID-19 Update.
Following the government announcement regarding the national lockdown the Cave Hotel & Golf Resort is now closed.
Our team will be contacting all guests due to stay with us to offer alternative dates.
Our Golf Course will be closed and we will be freezing memberships, this will mean that no money will be taken for November for those members paying by direct debit. For annual payers, their renewal date will be put back another month as we did before.
Thank you for your understanding and we hope to welcome our guests back again soon.
On arrival you will be asked to authenticate your temperature using the wall mounted thermo device. Once Authenticated we welcome you to sanitise your hands using the sanitiser provided face coverings are mandatory in our public areas, if you do not have a mask just ask at reception and they will provide you with one.
Our team will be ready to welcome you when you arrive, we kindly ask guests to observe social distancing in the lobby area at busy check in times.Please bear with us in busy periods, our team will do their best to check you in promptly however check in can be very busy, and may take longer than normal with the new procedures we have in place for your comfort and safety, we may ask you to take a seat to avoid overcrowding at the front desk.
As part of our COVID-19 Secure policy we will not be offering a porter service at this time.
Our Pool and Spa Area is now fully open
Breakfast will be cooked to order.
Due to our reduced capacity in the restaurant we are asking guests to pre book their table for breakfast. If you would like to have your breakfast in your room there is a £5 delivery charge on top of the Breakfast cost, this will also need to be pre booked upon check in.
Our Firepit Restaurant is open, we are following the government guidelines and therefore social distancing measures are in place, this means we have a reduced capacity. Maximum of six people per table from 2 households across all service periods. Groups congregating of more than six will be asked be encouraged to respect social distancing.
Guests will be asked to comply with the Track & Trace system in place upon their visit. Contactless payments are encouraged.
Menu – To eliminate touch points we have added our menus to QR Codes, just use your smartphone to scan and view the menu.
Due to the latest Government Guideline’s our Restaurant and Bars will now close at 22.00hrs
Our Room Service menu is available until 9pm
Our Korean Cowgirl menu is available from our Cave Bar and Dining on the Deck.

Our Cave Bar is open from 07:00 until 21:00 Offering a range of Tea & Coffee’s and light bites. Our Korean Cowgirl Menu is also available to eat in or take away.We have a reduced capacity for our indoor seating to allow for social distancing.
We can offer a maximum of 6 people to a table; Pre booking is not required but tables can be reserved for our Decking area via our website.

We ask our guests to please pay by card where possible to avoid cash handling.
Under the current government guidance, we are now able to hold small wedding ceremonies of up to 15 guests, this
is to include any suppliers as well as the bride & groom.
Evening Buffets and Discos are not permitted.

We are experiencing a very high volume of calls, emails and messages, we are a small team and are working hard to get back to you to answer your questions and queries, we appreciate your understanding and patience while we work our way through your enquiries.
Tee times as normal with names of all players taken and a max of 4 people teeing off at any one time.
Track and Trace point in the driving range and, separately, the shop; checked by staff hourly.
All touch points (rakes, ball cleaners) removed; staff informing payers to not to touch flags.
Buggy keys handed to customer via a box, keys cleansed.
All golf group food as takeaway, including just hot drink stations.
Contactless payments encouraged.
